Our Business Management Service is responsible for ensuring that the services we deliver meet the needs of our partner organisations.
This means establishing and maintaining appropriate performance reporting to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The Business Management Service also provides support for implementing new services and innovations, which will enable Informatics Merseyside to extend and enhance the types and
levels of service that we provide.
