Informatics Merseyside provides leadership, direction and coordination for future informatics requirements and is working with partner organisations, and the wider Merseyside Health Economy, to harness innovation and new technologies to reduce cost, increase efficiencies and most importantly to improve quality and overall patient care.
Our Innovations Team acts as the Research and Development arm of Informatics Merseyside, seeking and assessing new technologies and initiatives, both clinical and technical in nature, which provide opportunity to deliver benefit to Informatics Merseyside, our partner organisations and the wider Merseyside Health Economy. Where new innovations meet clinical and business requirements, Informatics Merseyside provides a deployment and implementation service, supporting redesign to ensure opportunities and investment returns are maximised.
