Informatics Merseyside provides Technical Support Services to partner organisations. The role of the Technical Support Service is to proactively monitor and support the server infrastructure to ensure high availability. The service also deals with calls/problems that have been escalated through the call management process which could not be resolved by the Service Desk or the Device Support and Management Service.
