Patient experience surveys

SharePoint applications have been developed to capture and report on patient feedback.

Using SharePoint, Informatics Merseyside has developed several applications for support patient engagement and recording feedback.  Using mobile devices, patients can feedback on the service received with the results automatically fed back and reported on.
