Personal development reviews

A personal development review (PDR) system has been developed in SharePoint enabling the online completion of appraisals and reviews.

This system can be linked to the strategic objectives and cultural values of an organisation to enable a meaningful review process, which can be fully reported on and kept up-to-date with the help of a reminder service within the system.

Within the system, skills and associated qualifications have been identified for each functional area, which has helped to define clear personal and professional development pathways for staff.
