Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)

All of our IT programmes are managed following the MSP programme management framework. MSP provides a structured framework of best practice which acknowledges that every programme is unique but at the same time must be universally applicable, delivering quality outcomes and lasting benefits.
By following this framework we ensure that our programmes of work focus on outcomes, anticipate issues and mitigate risks in order to successfully deliver transformational change.

PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile

PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile

Our project management teams follow the PRINCE2 project management framework. This is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide. When there is a requirement for a project to be delivered within a tight time-frame or when requirements are likely to change throughout the project lifespan, an agile project management methodology will be used.
