Who should attend?

This session is suitable for Consultants and Medics who want to understand how you can use MaST to view and review caseloads.

What will you learn?   

This session will cover how MaST can:    

• help you view and review  a large  consultant led  caseload  
• help you keep track of essential care standards for Service User on your caseload  
• help you understand the MaST algorithm and identify service users at greater likelihood if using crisis services   
• use complexity flags to show information captured in the care record  
• help you to identify manage Service User who could be ready to move on from your team  
• use complexity flags to show information captured in the care record  
• help you build a search for cohorts of Service User that may be vulnerable or require actions  
• help you track the caseload of colleagues that you may be covering for.
