Information Governance Coordinator (Band 5) x2

Information Governance Coordinator vacancy

We're looking for two new Information Governance Coordinators to join us at #TeamIM

Our Information Governance team are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to support the Deputy Head of Information Governance (Secondary Care) in a varied, fast-moving and challenging role to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources to deliver a high quality service. 

The post-holder will liaise with all levels of staff within the Trust, both clinical and non-clinical, and external stakeholders where required. The post-holder will need to have good communication skills and the ability to present information and training to all levels of staff.

A good understanding of auditing and the NHS Codes of Practice (Confidentiality, Records Management and Information Security Management) with a sound working knowledge of the NHS and a good understanding of the Data Protection Act, the Caldicott Principles and the Freedom of Information Act is essential.

We have two positions available (closing 22 November and interviews planned for 30 November).

As a Principal Network Engineer within NHS Informatics Merseyside, you will manage our intricate network infrastructure, ensuring the provision of secure and dependable network services to improve clinical operations and enhance patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing network solutions and maintaining network security in compliance with relevant standards and policies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies, such as network automation, VoIP, wireless, and SD-WAN. You will be responsible for designing and implementing these solutions, in addition to providing technical support and troubleshooting when needed.
