A note of thanks

We'd like to take this opportunity to pause and say a "Big Thank You" to all of our healthcare professionals and colleagues who are working hard under these unprecedented circumstances to deliver and support care.

As a digital organisation we are doing all we can to support our healthcare professionals during this demanding period and have been overwhelmed by the lovely messages of support we have received so a big thank you to all those who have sent us feedback whether through social media or via our website.

With the increase in homeworking and reliance on digital tools to support collaboration, we've published a suite of digital learning resources to help you troubleshoot and make the most of these digital communication tools. Please refer to these guides and where possible, only contact our IT Service Desk if you are experiencing an issue which you are unable to resolve by reading our digital guides.

As the health and wellbeing of our colleagues is of utmost importance, we have made some changes to the way we work that will allow us to continue to provide the digital services needed to support our healthcare professionals.

These are challenging and exceptional times for all and at NHS Informatics Merseyside we're doing all we can to support our NHS healthcare professionals as we deal with the impact of COVID-19.
