Installing the Outlook App
You can install the Outlook app for your device by going to theApp Store (https://www.apple.com/uk/ios/app-store/) for iOS devices or the Google Play Store (https://play.google.com/store) for Android devices.
If you experience any problems installing Outlook from these app stores, you can also install the app by visiting the Microsoft Portal(http://portal.manage.microsoft.com) from your mobile device. Please read the step-by-step instructions below on how to do this.

Outlook Web App (OWA)
Outlook Web App (OWA) offers online access to Microsoft Outlook accounts without the need to be connected to a network. Outlook Web App can be accessed by various devices such as a laptop, iPad or Smartphone and is a useful work-around at times when the network is unavailable.
The Outlook Web App user guide is only available on our self-service portal (accessible from the NHS network).
